We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We're a family operation, so if a unit falls short, it's our problem, and we sort it out that same day.

I track the whole schedule on one board in our office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that is when we show up. If anything changes, I reach out to you before you have to reach out to us.
